I’ve spent 12 years in the deep end of production. I’ve led five-figure shoots and designed complex websites. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this; It doesn’t have to be this hard. Usually, you’re just one pivot away from clarity. One single image of mine reached 37 million people not because of a marketing strategy, but because it captured the raw joy of the moment. After about a month of user research, reviewing, and refining, the current VSON visual design was finalized. Holly and I worked together to continuously test the platform as each page was built out, inviting key stakeholders and real users to provide input. Once the testing period was complete, Holly transferred the domain and backend codes and the new site was published.
Within three months, we saw the following results:
• A 158% increase in page views and a 94% increase in organic traffic
• A 300% increase in online appointment conversions
• Tracked keywords moving from pages two and three to page one of search engine results

The Process and Deliverables
I don't just look at what’s not working. I look at how your entire ecosystem communicates.
This isn’t a production service where I give you a long list of tasks to go do yourself. This is a diagnostic. I’m going to look at what’s broken: either in your entire brand ecosystem or in a specific area (based on needs) —and provide the guidance that bridges the solution of where you’ve lost the plot.
Most branding agencies want to sell you a new coat of paint. I’m here to tell you where the foundation is cracked. I don’t look at metrics. I look at where the gap in your communication to your ideal client is, and/or where your infrastructure is broken.

We spend 60-90 minutes getting real. I listen for what you aren't saying, identify the cruxs, and figure out where we need to investigate further.

What This Is Not:
This audit is a diagnostic and conceptual guide, not a production service or metrics analysis. While I offer directional suggestions—such as exploring a warmer color palette to evoke community or restructuring a landing page to prioritize human connection—this process does not include the manual execution of those changes.
If our work reveals the need for a full brand identity overhaul, new website architecture, or a complete design and build, these services are offered as a separate premium tailored to the direction identified in your audit.

I am fully aware of the tension this creates: the significant carbon footprint of AI vs. my deep commitment to nature and conservation. I don’t have a perfect solution for that contradiction yet.
