Detailed scopes, deliverables, timelines, and payment structures for individual client engagements are governed by separate master service agreements, proposals, or contracts executed directly between you and Holly Mandarich. In the event of a conflict between these Site Terms and a specific signed client contract, the signed contract will prevail.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content featured on this Site—including but not limited to photographs, portfolio images, graphics, designs, logos, text, written content, audio clips, and code—is the property of Holly Mandarich (or used under license) and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

3. Client Work & Portfolio Usage

4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

  • Inquiries & Consultations: Submitting a message via our contact forms or scheduling an introductory call does not guarantee a service booking or project spot until a formal agreement is executed.

  • Deposits & Payments: Bookings, retainer fees, or deposits required to secure project dates or coaching slots are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in your service agreement.

  • Late Payments: Invoices not paid according to agreed-upon payment schedules may result in project pauses, delayed deliverables, or administrative interest charges as outlined in individual service contracts.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

When interacting with our Site or communication channels, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts.

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or corrupt data.
